13. Partner & Artist Privacy

We process Partner and Artist account data under the same security and privacy standards described in this Policy. For Partner accounts, we may additionally process organization details, partnership identifiers, and access configuration data needed to manage partner-specific entitlements and support workflows.

Where a Partner manages multiple Artist profiles, Kentunez may link account-level operational data (such as support history, payout setup, and access logs) to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and provide contractual services. Such processing is limited to legitimate service operations and legal compliance obligations.
